The world has undergone unprecedented change over the past year and a half. The pandemic has forced companies big and small to ask deeper questions about who they are and how they operate. We have all had to change the way we do things, and rethink value and how we deliver it to our customers.
With many jobs now carried out remotely, leadership and management have also changed beyond recognition and digitalization has experienced an incredible acceleration.
To thrive in this historical moment in history means to reinvent ourselves. Luckily, Lean Thinking was made for reinvention! We have seen this throughout the pandemic, as lean organizations showed their ability to react effectively and adapt quickly to the “new normal” imposed by Covid-19.
At Lean Global Network, we have been actively supporting and learning with such organizations for years and it’s been a true honor to accompany them in their transformations. Now, we want to share what we have learned with you all, in the most ambitious and comprehensive lean event we have ever organized. The expression “We are all in the same boat” has never been truer than it is today, and we believe that to understand and navigate a global challenge like Covid you need a global perspective. We are uniquely placed to provide that point of view.
Please join us on November 29-30 for 24 hours of lean content live broadcast, to hear about the best lean cases from around the world and learn from the leading experts in our community. Let’s build the future together!
